Had the time of my life on a blue bird powder day in mammoth on the Goldie! Handles steep and low angle powder like a DREAM. Plus the groomers are surprisingly fun with some smooth hard carving. A little choppy thru the parts of the mountain that got tracked out. But fresh powder and trees were all time for me! Highly recommend to surfers gone snowboarders and snowboarders looking for a fun pow board that floats you through low angle powder all day long. 🙏🏻💙

Demo'd this board at Bachelor on a hard-packed morning. It held an edge very well, even at speed. Compared to the RedTail, I did get a bit more chatter on this board, which is to be expected for the shorter length. Would love to see how well this would rip in the powder! Overall, I had a good experience on it. The short length allows you to get funky and creative, while still instilling confidence in what you're doing. I also rode the Minni Fish, and I would say for my size and weight ~5'11" and 160lbs - this was the better board. I'm not a fan of the color of this one, so I wouldn't say it's at the top of my list - but ride wise i'd go on record saying it won't let ya down, it's still a really fun time!

As a regular surfer and sometimes snowboarder, the Goldfish felt intuitive to me. It held an edge quite well in all of the variable spring conditions that I encountered, but where it really shined was in the softer stuff. I was able to lay into turns more deeply and in a way that felt more to me like surfing. Small S turns like pumping down the line and then laying down a big GS heel cutbacks or toe bottom turns. This is the shortest snowboard that I have ever ridden as an adult, and it suited me just fine. Easy to jump turn, and easy to throw the tail and rooster tail some spray. Just a great, carving-centered, all around board for pure fun. Thank you, Aaron, you raised the stoke level to 11!

First off getting ahold of the board to try was such an easy experience, thank you Aaron! I chose to ride at June yesterday on empty groomers and open spring funk tree runs. Firm conditions in the morning meant arcing carves on crispy corduroy and the Goldfish did not disappoint. June is getting low on snow and the grooming had divots and chunky spots all over but it didn't matter, the edge response and hold was excellent. As the day warmed and the snow softened up the Goldfish was effortless to pilot through the trees. Nimble, stable and incredibly free feeling the Goldfish is a board you should try!

Aaron was super nice and let me and my friends demo these boards in mammoth and june over the weekend. It was good early spring conditions but no pow. Even so, the goldfish was one of the most fun carving experiences I've had in a long time. It really facilitates super deep low carves throughout the mountain. I was able to rip down the black diamonds at mammoth and never felt the kind of edge loss I've seen from more flexy rocker boards. It has a real surfy feel like each turn is a big bottom turn on a set wave. I found that switching my bindings to positive-positive was beneficial to get the most out of this board (I usually ride a duck stance). For fun sake, i did test out riding switch and it is possible despite the swallow tail and jumps were still fun in the park but I wouldnt recommend jibbing. I've been looking for a board to add to my quiver and I'm pretty sold on this one. I can't wait to try it out in powder conditions. This is a great board and thanks to Aaron for being so flexible and responsive with these demos! Truly some exceptional customer service!
