Warranty Information

These boards and their construction are designed with years of testing and experience. We do our utmost to create a high-quality, durable product. 

In the case of a manufacturer defect, Elevated Surf Craft will review warranty claims within 2 years from the original date of purchase, on a case by case basis, and honor each claim accordingly once assessed. Please note that unique shapes require an elevated degree of application awareness on the part of the rider. Appropriate terrain, conditions, and approach are essential to the performance of your Surfcraft. Boards damaged by rider negligence will not be covered under the Elevated Surf Craft warranty (*Broken fishtails are not covered). We encourage you to get in touch with any performance-related questions or concerns.

*Sale or discount boards - which may include B grade due to slight cosmetic blemishes- are not covered by warranty or the 5-Day Stoke Guarantee. Returns will only be accepted in original packaging. Any damage to box effecting board should be taken up with the shipping carrier insurance.
