Snowboard Returns

EACH OF OUR SURF CRAFT SNOWBOARDS COME WITH A 5-DAY STOKE GUARANTEE! 

*Sale or discount boards - which may include B grade due to slight cosmetic blemishes- are not covered by warranty or the 5-Day Stoke Guarantee. Returns will only be accepted in original packaging. Any damage to box effecting board should be taken up with the shipping carrier insurance.

If for any reason you are not 100% stoked with our boards after your first 5 days of use, you can literally send them back for your money back. FOR REALS! If you don't like your snowboard, just fill out the form below and we'll reply with return instructions. If you have any other questions or concerns about this process please email info@elevatedsurfcraft.com

FOR EXAMPLE: You buy a snowboard today, but after 5 days of use is 6 months from now, then yes you can return them 6 months from now for a full refund (if only used 5 days). Any original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is also responsible for return shipping of the product.

Note: You can not return a product, and then re-order the same product in the future... that just isn’t cool!

Moneyback guarantee requests can be rejected if there is catastrophic damage caused by rider error during the first 5 days of use. Bindings must be removed prior to returning any snowboard.

How to request a return

A request to return product must be made by filling out the return request form at the bottom of this page. We will review your submission and then notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. New/Unused items can be returned as long as the return request form is submitted and the return is shipped within 366 days of the date of order. Items must be in new condition, with all tags attached. If you have any questions about a return requests please send us an email to info@elevatedsurfcraft.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you were approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The amount of time before you see a credit on your card is dependent on your payment provider so please contact them with any further inquires as to that timeline. 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning an item for our Money Back Guarantee. You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you qualify for our warranty then we will provide a prepaid return label that can be used to send back any defective product.

Not seeing your refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check with your bank and or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted and processed depending on your card provider. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please send us an email to info@elevatedsurfcraft.com and we will help you troubleshoot.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dude@elevatedsurfcraft.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
